Tatweer Releases a Performance-Based Maintenance Module for the Distortion Management System

The Distortion Management System (DMS) is a complete set of tools created to allow the management of multiple distortion contracts across Abu Dhabi municipality from one advanced platform. The system enables real-time monitoring of roadway operations, maintenance contracts, distortions rectifications, and key performance indicators. Tatweer's DMS provides innovative, automated, and straightforward workflow throughout the entire distortion lifecycle. Each workflow considers the
engineering and contract management policies, practices, guidelines, processes, and procedures to provide a controlled management environment for the distortions through their lifecycle.

The DMS web and mobile applications offer inspectors and maintenance contractors the tools to identify, report, request, assign, and immediately distort management work orders. Tatweer has reached the next milestone in the system's development by releasing a performance-based maintenance module. This module will help users manage the maintenance, rehabilitation, repairs, and reconstruction of road asset activities that occur immediately and without instructions.

The performance-based maintenance module features live monitoring of contractors' activities, inspection live tracking, a payment/deduction process, snags/de-snags reports, and key performance indicators for
monitoring and penalty issuing.
