Aims to develop a comprehensive GIS-based traffic safety management system designed for the analysis and evaluation of traffic safety. The system is built upon a developed crash data collection and management system. It goes beyond by seamlessly integrating this crash data with various pertinent entities, including:
Identifying traffic jams and dealing with it through SOP’s for control center operators
Monitoring weather conditions
Detecting and processing speed violations
Developing integrated platform with big data analytics and prediction
