Use CCTV to monitor traffic and operate TMS/UTC, VMS and other ITS systems.
Operate MCC - Falcon Eye CCTV system for traffic and highways road monitoring.
Activate appropriate response to detected traffic congestion and/or reported incidents, including distribution of timing plans for traffic signals and coordination with stakeholders.
Dissemination of incident information and traffic observations.

Responsibilities
Report all real-time traffic operation and system operations activities to the TMC Operations Supervisor.
Report on traffic signal and associated equipment failures or malfunctions.
Assist Senior Traffic System Operators in traffic management and take guidance for delivering enhanced traffic system operations services throughout the shift.
Record all appropriate traffic management & traffic system operations activities.
