Software Government Projects Manager

Job Description

  1. Previous experience in UAE and Abu Dhabi Municipality or DMT.
  2. Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  3. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  4. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  5. Track project costs in order to meet budget.
  6. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  7. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.


  1. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  2. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
  3. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Coordination and meeting with client and stakeholders.
  5. Prepare operations report, KPI report and proposals to the client.
  6. Follow-up on work orders, invoices and payments.
  7. Perform any other tasks as assigned. 

Skills + Experience

  1. BSc. Computer Science, Software Development. 2006 -2009 are welcomed to apply.
  2. Arabic language is a must.
  3. +10 years’ experience.
  4. +5 years’ experience as business analyst- Software firm.
  5. +3 years’ experience as a developer – Tech. lead.
  6. Previous Experience in Abu Dhabi Municipalities will be an advantage.
