Tatweer Partners with RAK Police to Launch Smart Parking Test System

In a significant step toward modernizing driver testing and enhancing road safety, Ras Al Khaimah Police has officially launched a Smart Parking Test System developed by Tatweer. This innovative system is designed to transform the evaluation process for driving license applicants by introducing objectivity, precision, and transparency through advanced technologies.

The smart testing system automatically assesses driving performance based on pre-defined criteria, minimizing human intervention to ensure fair, accurate, and comprehensive evaluations. Currently applied during the internal test phases, including parking and reversing maneuvers, the system leverages sensor-based technologies and data analytics to monitor and score student performance in real time.
By integrating technology with traffic and licensing processes, the Smart Parking Test System supports the UAE’s national vision for smarter, safer roads. The collaboration between Tatweer and RAK Police reflects a shared mission to improve public services through innovation and to promote data-driven, standardized evaluation practices across the Emirates.
