In alignment with Abu Dhabi’s vision to develop infrastructure that benefits the community and contributes to ongoing urban enhancements, Tatweer has been tasked with implementing an integrated infrastructure for the designated lands in the industrial area of Al Ain - Mufqar 1, encompassing the establishment of major and internal roads, as well as the provision of essential road furniture. Tatweer will undertake the design of all infrastructure external connections and internal networks, including potable water, stormwater, sewerage, irrigation water (corridor and coordination), street lighting, telecom, gas, MCC, power supply.
The scope involves the planning of roads and cycling networks, as well as the protection and relocation of existing utilities.
