Upgrading of Intersections and Roads Network in Abu Dhabi City - Stage 2

Description

Tatweer has been assigned to design short-term improvements targeting intersections and the road network across seven strategic locations within Abu Dhabi city. This project aims to improve traffic flow and enhance road safety measures.

Main Scope

1. Widening Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan street to five lanes within tunnels IP-111 and IP111A
2. Improving the intersection of Sultan Bin Zayed the First Street and Dhafeer Street
3. Enhancing the intersection of Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street with Mashjar Street at the entrance to Al Rawda
4. Upgrading Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street and the Khalifa City entrance to Maqasid Street
5. Improving AlKhaleej Al Arabi Street and the entrance to Khalifa City on Al Forsan Street
6. Enhancing Mahwi Interchange on E22 Road
7. Upgrading the intersection of Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak Street and Sultan Bin Zayed the First Street
