The project covers the construction activities of "Internal Roads for Residential Complexes" in Ajman and Umm Al Quwain as follows:

• Internal roads for 306 villas in Ragayeb – Ajman
• Internal roads for 123 villas in Ragayeb – Ajman
• Internal roads for 230 villas in Ragayeb – Ajman
• Internal roads for 232 villas in Ragayeb – Um Al Quwain

Main Scope

• Construction Supervision of the Contractor’s works
• Review and approval of shop drawings
• Review and approval of method statements
• Review and approval of material submittals and samples
• Inspection and approval of works completed
• Oversee the Contractors’ Communication / correspondence with all stakeholders etc.
