Traffic System Operation Services for the TMC in Abu Dhabi Emirate

Description

• The Abu Dhabi Traffic Management Centre (TMC) was established in the year 1988/89. The basic function and objective of the Abu Dhabi Traffic Management Centre (TMC) is to manage the traffic flow conditions efficiently and safely throughout Abu Dhabi by adopting a proactive approach in traffic management.

Main Scope

The main objective of this project is to efficiently operate the activities of the Traffic System Operations (TSO) Services of TMC which include

• Traffic System Operation Services to the TMC facility and its associated field equipment/ infrastructure,
• Provide necessary coordination with various TMC activities that are impacted by TSO, and
• Provide staffing and associated resources
