Tatweer aims to streamline NOC operations and provide business and technical support, training, development and dissemination of guidelines and standards which shall contribute to improving the efficiency for permits and approvals by deploying a complete methodology addressing the entire lifecycle of the NOC process and the required enhancement to both systems, and produce a road map for the future of the eNOC system in coordination between DMT and all the stakeholders involved in the eNOC process.
